Rajasthan soon to become surplus power state: Raje

During the inauguration of a 100 MW solar power plant at Nandia Kalan village near Jodhpur, Chief minister Vasundhara Raje stated that the Rajasthan state will become a surplus power state to the extent of 6000 MW. This new plant is the largest solar power plant in the state under ‘Make in India’ mission which will cater to the needs of electricity of 30 villages.
